Our holiday 2025 pastry menu has officially arrived at A Bread Affair on Granville Island. From returning favourites to brand-new creations, here’s over a dozen limited-edition, seasonal offerings we’re baking for the 2025 season.

Sweet Seasonal Offerings at A Bread Affair

1. Peppermint Brownie
   A rich brownie reminiscent of an After Eight chocolate, topped with mint buttercream and our signature ganache.
   
2. Gingerbread Sandwich Cookie
   Two soft ginger-molasses cookies with spiced buttercream in between.
   
3. Eggnog Sablés
   A bite-sized classic holiday favourite made with warm, traditional eggnog spices: simple and festive.
   
4. Peppermint Mocha Sablés (New)
   These buttery, bite-sized sablés capture everything you love about a holiday mocha: sweet, minty, and perfect for sharing (or not sharing at all).
   
5. Sticky Toffee Pudding
   The return of a classic. A traditional sticky toffee recipe with our salted caramel topping and a mint buttercream for decoration. These will be in high demand so make sure you get some set aside today.

6. Peppermint Bark
   A crisp, minty classic layered with chocolate and crushed peppermint.
   
7. Cranberry Orange Pistachio White Chocolate Bark (New)
   A colourful bark with cranberries, orange, pistachios, and white chocolate.
   
8. Holiday Shortbread Collection
   Shortbreads that are not wafer thin but done how you remember them. With the highest % of butter of any item we make (and everything contains butter) these shortbreads are sure to be the highlight of your evening.

10. Chocolate Orange Tart (New)
    An astounding orange and chocolate tart made to impress.
    
11. Profiterole Snowman (New)
    A cheerful snowman-shaped profiterole with craquelin and hazelnut buttercream.
    
12. Mincemeat Bread Pudding (New)
    A holiday spin on our bread pudding inspired by English mincemeat (no actual meat).

13. Turkey Asiago Tart (New)
    A savoury tart featuring turkey and asiago, an excellent alternative to something sweet. This tart will have you coming back for thirds once you try it.
    
14. Asiago Caramelized Onion & Walnut Bread
    A holiday bakery classic. Savoury, aromatic, and excellent with turkey, cheeses, or seafood. Baked daily in limited quantities throughout December.
