Starting with Rhubarb and Strawberry scones in the spring, we journey through a flavorful calendar featuring organic raspberries, blueberries, peaches, apples, and pumpkins as the seasons unfold. Sometimes, our freshly harvested fruits make it from the farm to our bakery in record time, gracing our tarts, scones, and other baked treats within a day. As for our croissants, we’re humbled by your praise—ranging from “the best in Vancouver” to “even better than Paris,” and the ever-popular, “Can I have another, please?” Crafted with simple yet high-quality ingredients—certified organic flour, butter from grass-fed cows, and Tanya’s specially developed leavening culture—our croissants offer a flaky, layered experience.
